Over the last forty years, nearly ever wedding I’ve attended has resulted in me reading a poem, writing a prayer, doing a speech and being the MC (not to mention singing!). It wasn’t until my own Dad’s funeral when my sisters pointed at me to let the funeral director know who was going to lead his service, that the penny actually dropped.
With a career spanning over 30 years where I have designed and delivered learning events and conferences, I realised that I had all the skills and experiences to deliver quality celebrant-led services.

I care about people and am fascinated by human behaviour. Being able to help build organisational cultures that allow people to flourish is a personal driver for me.
Over the last thirty (or so) years I have mainly worked in the Third Sector, managing & leading teams, volunteering & employee engagement strategy, innovating and improving services. As a committed lifelong learner, I have attended training, designed & delivered learning development, delivered leadership development, solved-problems, resolved conflict, simplified complexity, focused on improving inclusion and diversity, improved performance and engagement scores, and more…
My CV is long and shows this varied career. The most important thing to know about me is, that I care. I really care.
