About Me
Nikki Squelch
My personal values include love, fairness and fun. My professional life has involved a varied portfolio of work that developed organisational cultures where all people are able to thrive.
One common thread in my 30-year career has been bringing people together. From social work, community involvement through to strategic organisational development and more, I’ve used a range of tools and techniques like action research, communication improvements, learning interventions and specially designed events.
Training as a celebrant was a natural next step.
